The Ferry Route

We are getting ready for the 2022-2023 season!

In our 4 days-and-3 nights adventure, if you depart from Puerto Montt (or 4 nights and 3 days if you sail from Puerto Natales), you get to watch imposing glaciers, dramatic cliffs, wind-sculpted forests, and distant snow-capped volcanoes that reach for the sky. These are places that many globetrotters only dream of visiting!

The Patagonian Fjords route varies slightly depending on weather and tide conditions, but our travelers' favorite parts of the trip are:

  • Sail in the open sea in the Gulf of Sorrows
  • Pass through the English Narrows pass (Angostura Inglesa)
  • Enjoy the coastline of the beloved Corcovado, Magdalena Island, and Bernardo O'Higgins national parks

Our passengers also love to keep an eye out for Patagonian marine and birdlife, including dolphins, whales, penguins, petrels, and albatrosses.

This trip is an excellent option for those traveling from Puerto Montt to Puerto Natales (or back), to visit the Torres del Paine National Park, which is only 115 km from the city.

We invite you to download our Esperanza ferry brochure for more information about the route, prices, and accommodations.
