All accommodation includes sheets, blankets, and towels.

Are there any guides?

During high season (September-April) there are bilingual guides on the Patagonia Fjords route, who, as well as providing general assistance, are in charge a range of entertainments throughout the duration of the trip such as informative talks, karaoke, bingo games and parties. The guides have vast experience in cruise work and knowledge about nature in Patagonia.

How safe will I be on the trip?

Your safety is our top priority. For this reason, both Navimag Ferries S.A. as a company and its ships are certified under International Safety Management (ISM) standards. This deals with the provisions of the convention for the safety of life at sea (SOLAS) and with the quality control procedures covered by ISO 9001.2000.

This allows us to guarantee the highest quality standards and safety of our operations.

Moreover, our ferries carry enough rafts and lifejackets for 730 people (double the ferries’ maximum capacity) and 3 rescue boats.

Are there any additional costs?

The journey is all-inclusive, except for purchases from the store, purchases in the coffee shop and tips.

What items are stocked in the cafeteria?

In our cafeteria you will find soft drinks, tea, coffee, cookies and chocolates.

Can I shop onboard?

Our ferries have a store onboard where you will find company clothes, books about the region, souvenirs, postcards, maps, video tapes, and items of everyday use.

How can I pay onboard?

Purchases made aboard our Ferries can be paid for in US dollars or Chilean pesos. We are happy to accept:

Dollars: Cash.
