Naviera Magallanes S.A. (Navimag) inform that, because of force majeure situation out of our control, Ferry Magallanes suffered in route from Puerto Natales to Puerto Montt a mechanical damage. For this reason, and with the aim to keep a perfect conditions of transport, the trip of January 1st Puerto Montt – Puerto Natales has been cancelled.-

We ask you to take contact with us soon as possible in order to proceed with a total refund of purchase you have done. Due to the high season occupancy; change of booking for a new near trip is not possible.

All passengers for this trip must call (56-65) 432 360 to confirm the new departure date and time.
