Departure for Laguna San Rafael has been rescheduled
As a result of bad weather conditions prevailing last weekend in the Golfo de Penas area, the departure scheduled for Saturday October 28 at 17:00 hrs. from Puerto Montt to Puerto Chacabuco and Laguna San Rafael had to be rescheduled for Monday, October 30 at 17:00 hrs. The itinerary and characteristics of the trip remain as per original schedule and arrival to Puerto Montt is estimated for Friday, November 3 at 15:00 hrs.Schedules to consider for Monday, October 30 departure:
- Check in: 9:00 to 12.30 hrs.
- Estimated departure: 17.00 hours.
Therefore, passengers must take all the necessary actions to readjust their itinerary. Should you decide not to take the trip due to aforementioned reasons, Navimag will reimburse you 100% of the ticket value without any withholding and will cancel relevant reservation. Credit card charges will also be cancelled.
Navimag will offer a courtesy lunch to passengers on Monday in Puerto Montt, as well as field trips to Puerto Aysén and Coyhaique, which this time will be made at no additional cost for our passengers.
